Position: IPQC Inspector
Qualification: Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field)
Experience: 2–3 years in Manufacturing Quality/IPQC (Battery, Electronics, or Automotive industry preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-process visual, dimensional, and functional inspections.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Identify and report non-conforming products.
- Conduct first-off, in-process, and line clearance inspections.
- Maintain IPQC inspection records and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with the Production team to resolve quality issues.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Multimeter, and Height Gauge.
- Support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
