Job Title: HR Manager - Recruitment

Location: Gurgaon, Sector 19, Phase 5

Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Mon-Sat)

Salary: ₹50,000/- in-hand

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our recruitment team. You'll oversee end-to-end hiring, develop recruitment strategies, ensure timely position closures, and maintain solid coordination with department heads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the recruitment team

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies

- Oversee end-to-end hiring process

- Ensure timely closures of positions

- Coordinate with department heads for hiring needs

- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

Requirements:

- Proven experience in recruitment and HR management





- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Experience with recruitment strategies and tools
