Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee statutory compliances and manage key accounting functions. The candidate will be responsible for GST, TDS, financial reporting, reconciliations, and ensuring smooth execution of accounting operations while mentoring the junior accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle GST compliance, including return filing, reconciliations, and statutory documentation.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, return filing, and related compliances.
- Review accounting entries, ledgers, and financial records prepared by the junior accountant.
- Prepare monthly MIS, financial reports, and management reports.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and ledger scrutiny.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and internal policies.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities whenever required.




- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Guide and supervise junior accounting staff while improving accounting processes.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
- Good understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime or similar accounting software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

Qualifications

- B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 5–8 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Proven experience in handling GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
- Experience in manufacturing or trading industries will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
