About the Role

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our admissions team. As a BDE, you will be responsible for converting enquiries into admissions by counseling students and parents, following up with leads, and achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert admission leads.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and admissions.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls and WhatsApp.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain lead data and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Build long-term relationships with students and parents.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and business development mindset.




- Ability to achieve targets in a quick-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Experience in Business Development (BDE), Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Academic Counseling, or Admission Counseling is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
