We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Computer Operator to manage day-to-day computer operations, data entry tasks, and system monitoring activities. The candidate will help ensure smooth functioning of computer systems, maintain records, and support administrative operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor computer systems and related equipment
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records
- Handle printing, scanning, and document management tasks
- Monitor system performance and report technical issues when required
- Maintain backup files and operational records
- Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and official documents
- Coordinate with internal departments for operational support
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company data
- Perform routine system checks and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain proper documentation of daily operational activities
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of computer operations and office software
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and email handling
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge preferred
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation or equivalent qualification preferred
- Basic computer certification may be an advantage
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply
