Job Description- Account Executive

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Accounts Executive to lead and manage the company’s accounting operations with solid commercial understanding and strategic financial control. The ideal candidate should possess end-to-end accounting expertise, hands-on knowledge of import transactions, logistics costing, SEZ compliance, taxation, statutory requirements and the ability to drive cost optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Record daily accounting transactions.
- Prepare and process purchase and sales invoices.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Process employee reimbursements and vendor payments.
- Maintain accounting records and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with auditors and other departments as required.
- Perform other finance and administrative tasks assigned by the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Finance
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting (Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply).
- Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP / Excel (Advanced).
- Excellent knowledge of taxation, compliance, finalization, and reporting.
- Strong analytical mindset with cost-saving orientation.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
- High integrity, leadership ability, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
