Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Project Manager

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 15+ Years
Engagement Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead large-scale SAP transformation programs from offshore. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, stakeholder management, and ensuring successful execution of SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, or upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation / rollout / upgrade projects

- Manage project lifecycle including planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare

- Drive offshore delivery governance and coordinate with onsite/client stakeholders

- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and budget

- Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and best practices

- Lead cross-functional teams (functional, technical, BASIS, integration)

- Conduct status reporting, steering committee updates, and stakeholder communication

- Handle resource planning, utilization, and team performance management

- Drive quality assurance, risk mitigation,



and issue resolution

- Support pre-sales, estimations, and solutioning when required

Required Skills & Experience:

- 15+ years of overall IT experience with strong SAP project management background

- Proven experience in S/4HANA implementations (Greenfield / Brownfield / Rollouts)

- Strong knowledge of SAP modules (FICO, SD, MM, PP, etc.) and integration points

- Experience managing global/offshore delivery models

- Expertise in Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid delivery models (SAFe preferred)

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Experience handling large teams (20–100+ members)

- Good understanding of SAP BTP, integrations, and cloud environments

Preferred Qualifications:

- SAP Activate / PMP / Prince2 / Agile certifications

- Experience in multi-country rollout programs

- Exposure to RISE with SAP / Cloud transformations

- Experience in at least two industries verticals such as Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Retail, or Life Sciences

Soft Skills:

- Strong leadership and decision-making ability

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills

- Problem-solving and risk management mindset

Additional Information:

- Candidate should be flexible to work in the US time zones

- Solid experience in offshore delivery coordination is mandatory
