Competitor IT Mapping: Monitor the adoption of current technologies (e.g., AI-driven advisory, cloud-based trading) by rival brokerages to advise management on necessary infrastructure up-grades
Regulatory Research: Track NISM certification requirements and SEBI mandates for IT govern-ance to ensure regional branch operations remain compliant
Vendor Analysis:
