We are looking for a confident and compassionate Relationship Manager to join our clinic team. This role involves speaking with patients over phone and in person, guiding them through their treatment journey, handling enquiries, and ensuring an excellent patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls.
- Respond to enquiries from phone, WhatsApp, website, and social media.
- Explain clinic services and schedule appointments.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with patients.
- Follow up with enquiries, appointments, and ongoing patients.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update the CRM.
- Ensure every patient receives a warm, professional, and helpful experience.
Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of experience in customer service, relationship management,
telesales, call center, healthcare, or a similar role.
- Fluent in English Hindi and Marathi. Any additional language will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident on phone and comfortable handling a high volume of calls.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM or appointment software.
- Positive attitude, empathy, and strong follow-up skills.
