Job Summary

Rohan Corporation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Officer to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for implementing safety procedures, conducting inspections, and promoting a robust safety culture at project sites. Safety Officers in construction typically oversee site inspections, hazard identification, safety training, incident investigations, and compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and statutory regulations.
- Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs.
- Investigate accidents,



incidents, and near misses and prepare reports.
- Maintain safety records, permits, checklists, and documentation.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness drills and fire safety activities.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company safety guidelines.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and workers to maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical preferred).
- ADIS, NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent Safety Certification preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in construction or real estate projects.
- Good knowledge of construction safety standards and HSE regulations.
- Strong communication, reporting, and training skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and safety documentation.

Pay: ₹15,955.44 - ₹21,716.13 per month
