Job Summary -
We are hiring a skilled MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with 5–8 years of overall experience and at least 3+ years of CRM-specific expertise. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across various customer engagement modules. Solid hands-on experience with plugins, custom workflows, and Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is essential. This hybrid position, based in major Indian cities, also requires solid exposure to Azure Cloud development and mandatory experience with Omnichannel Voice/Telephony integration. Excellent communication and client-facing skills are a must, and a Microsoft certification is a strong plus.
