Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Dispatch Executive for a reputed company at the Mumbai (Nallasopara) location.

Key Responsibilities:
Co-ordination for stock related queries and for dispatch purpose.
Raise Invoices as related to dispatch.
Follow up with transporter for consignment status till it reaches.
Maintain minimum stock required for local dispatch as per marketing plan.
Physically check material against dispatch list before dispatch.
Planning for dispatch in coordination with department Head.
To ensure secure, accurate, timely and effective delivery of all orders while facilitating and supporting drivers and dispatchers as they perform their duties.
Check orders received from sales team.
Make packing list of material to be dispatched.
Maintain FG material stock.
Update yourself for the processes change or any other duties assigned by the management.
PRINT ALL THE ORDERS AND PLAN ACCORDING TO PRIORITY.

Gender - Male

Timing - 8 AM to 8 PM (May even consider for 9 to 8 depending upon the experience & skills of the candidate)

Computer knowledge is must.
