Experience
0 - 3 years of experience in international BPO (US voice process preferred)
Education Class 12+
Skills Required
Excellent English language skills are required (spoken & written)
Positive phone communications skills - be able to listen and respond appropriately
Upbeat and positive personality
Ability to work in a team
Valuable problem solving skills
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle International Inbound Calls (US).
Resolve customer queries within the assigned time frame.
Documents actions and resolutions
SALARY & ADVANTAGES
Salary Rs. 18,*,000/month
Cab facility within 35 kms Noida, Sector 135
OTHER INFORMATION
Work/ shift times: 9.5 hours between [4:00pm to 7:00 am]
5 day week with Rotational Shifts/Consecutive Days off
Two rounds of client interviews & Test
In most cases, Offer Letters are issued within 48 hours
Candidates that can join immediately are preferred
Maximum Notice period 30 days
