Should have a thorough knowledge of the requirements of all types of searches.
Should be able to handle patent ability/invalidation/FTO/infringement searches with minimal review.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
B.E. or M.E in Mechanical engineering
Experience:
1+ year
Skillsets:
Candidates having more than 1 years' experience in IP
Solid IT skills, including proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Solid technical background and communication skills (written, spoken, comprehension)
Soft Skills Required
English language proficiency
Solid analytical and logical reasoning ability
