Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via Telephone, Live Chat & and by Email.
Manage end-to-end customer life cycle: from customer on-boarding to post-service engagement with customers.
Coordinating with vendors to ensure quality service to customers.
Manage escalated service concerns received from customers.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Identify and escalate priority issues.
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Responsible for end-to-end lead conversion.
Qualifications
-At least 0.6 of sales experience
Positive written and verbal communication skills
Conversational at Hindi Speaking
Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work
