Must have skills:
knowledge of lifecycle management of Asset Management.
Experience in creating process documents.
Analyzing the data and generating a dashboard to senior management.
Attend regular meetings with Clients to document the requirements.
Knowledge on ServiceNow Tickets(Tasks, Incident, Change request).
Knowledge on ServiceNow to Create and Manage CI(Assets, Server).
Creating Knowledge Articles and publishing.
Harvesting process for Hardware.
Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process efficiencies within asset management processes.
Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to ensure proper accounting and financial reporting of assets.
Stay current with trends and developments in asset management practices, technology, and regulations, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
Drive the establishment and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and report on asset management performance.




Robust understanding of HAM and SAM asset management principles, processes, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Masters degrees in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
Creative, self-disciplined, and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency.
