Through understanding of best practices and industry standards
Develop WordPress MU based websites
Customize WordPress themes like (thesis & genesis Framework theme)
10.Robust knowledge of forum.
11.Robust knowledge of buddypress & wordpressmu
12.ability to work with the WordPress API
13.Ability to function within a small time with tight deadlines
14.Working knowledge of linux systems administration and configuration




15.Building web applications/services with advanced functionality
