The ideal candidate should have experience in retail beverage sales, be comfortable with fieldwork, and have strong knowledge of distributor and outlet management.
Requirements
Execute
secondary sales and drive product placement
Ensuring the right product mix and knowledge of schemes to the retailers
Ensure product visibility and availability at outlets
Visit retail outlets daily as per the beat assigned
Depending on the beat, either do ready stock or order taking and delivery.
Build and maintain relationships with retailers
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Must be comfortable with field visits and working with ready stock
