Responsibilities:-
Study drawing and process design of Hyd parts.
Ballooning the drawing & feasibility study
Familiarity with manufacturing processes for Hyd parts
Capability to find and evaluate quality standards, and cost-effectiveness.
Able to make the cost-effective part costing considering optimize yield, bunch weight & other factors.
Ability to conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and feasibility studies.
Streamline Recent Product Development Process to optimize development time and cost.
Review costing details and lead interaction with Senior Leadership Team for finalization of the same.
Ensure project scheduling and implementation of the projects viz-a-viz the project plan by undertaking timely review and follow up with Project Management Head to ensure completion within timelines.
Ensure smooth execution of the designing and prototyping processes across product ranges Drawing (2D and 3D), FMEA and structural design of components.




Resolve any issues that may arise during different stage of the projects i.e. APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP and layout plan etc.
Focus on improving product quality through product re-engineering, process improvement and automation

Desired Profile:

Diploma, B.E or B. Tech in production/ mechanical engineering

10 + Years of Experience in Hydraulic parts manufacturing Industry
In-depth knowledge of engineering drawing of Hyd parts
Independently able to design process, make costing for Hyd parts.
Know about dimensions & GD&Ts;
Know to work on 2D / 3D software i.e. Acad, solid work, Creo for part design and development.
Experience of recent part development -Hydraulic application
Casting and machining processes knowledge for Hyd parts
