What we're looking for:
Minimum 1 year of experience, specifically from an agency background
Solid understanding of sales fundamentals and the closing process
Genuine interest in people — you enjoy conversations, not just transactions
Ability to understand a client's business problem and position our marketing services as the solution
Confidence handling objections and driving conversations to a close
Valuable communication skills, both verbal and written

What you'll do:
Engage with warm/qualified prospects and guide them through the sales conversation
Understand client pain points and pitch relevant marketing solutions




Close deals and build long-term client relationships
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure client needs are well understood before and after the sale

Compensation:
Salary based on interview and experience
Incentives on top of fixed salary
