Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a PRT Kindergarten teacher. In this influential role, you will shaping the early educational experiences of young children, fostering a love for learning, and creating an engaging classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum standards.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom setting that encourages student participation, creativity and student behavior effectively.
Assess and evaluate students by using a variety of teaching techniques, resources, and progress through assignments, tests, and other assessments to provide timely feedback and enhance learning outcomes.




Communicate regularly with parents / guardians regarding student's progress and development and maintain accurate records of student grades, and performance.
Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and career development programs.
Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills among students.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or Montessori Trained is often required.
Min 3 years of teaching experience as a kinder garten teacher.
Creativity in lesson planning and classroom activities and passion for teaching and nurturing young minds.
Knowledge of child development and ability to use technology and digital tools to enhance up-to-date teaching techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
