Summary:

The Centre Head (Pre -School) plays a pivotal role in leading and managing the day -to -day operations of a pre -school centre in Saharkar Nagar, Bangalore. This position is essential to ensuring a nurturing, secure, and educationally enriching environment for young learners. The Centre Head is responsible for overseeing teaching quality, staff development, parent engagement, and operational efficiency, all while upholding the centre's educational philosophy and standards. As a key leader, this role contributes significantly to the growth and reputation of the institution, fostering a positive learning culture that supports early childhood development.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the pre -school teaching and support staff to ensure high -quality early childhood education.

Oversee curriculum implementation, lesson planning, and classroom activities in alignment with educational standards.

Maintain a safe, hygienic, and child -friendly learning workplace in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Facilitate regular communication with parents,



including progress updates, feedback sessions, and orientation programs.

Monitor student attendance, development milestones, and overall well -being.

Manage centre operations, including inventory, budgeting, scheduling, and facility maintenance.

Organize and lead staff training, career development, and team -building initiatives.

Ensure compliance with all local education regulations and internal policies.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre -school education, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

Proven experience in curriculum planning, staff management, and parent engagement.

Robust interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Passion for early childhood development and a commitment to nurturing young minds.

Preference given to female candidates.

Proficiency in basic office software and digital tools for reporting and communication.
