Patient Care:
Provide bedside care and monitor patients' condition.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Record vital signs and maintain nursing notes accurately.
Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergencies.
Ensure proper handover of patients during shift changes.
Clinical Duties:
Prepare and maintain patient records and care plans.
Perform wound care, catheterization, IV therapy, and other nursing procedures.
Monitor medical equipment and report malfunctions.
Ensure infection control practices and personal hygiene of patients.
Prepare patients for surgeries or diagnostic tests.
