BLR Hubba. The curator
will play a pivotal role in shaping the next chapter of BLR Hubba's growth. Working alongside BLR Hubba's Core Group and Festival Director, you will co-create a bold vision and ensure its seamless execution on the ground. Requirements
A background in Arts & Culture, Public Administration, or related field.
Minimum 15 years in festival/event management, cultural programming, or non-profit leadership.
Proven track record in initiatives for societal good—non-profit, CSR, or community development projects.
Strong stakeholder management across government, corporate partners, and civic groups.
Expertise in budgeting, sponsorship development, and financial oversight.
Experience curating or producing large-scale, multi-venue public events.

Exceptional communicator and collaborator, with a knack for building consensus across diverse stakeholders.
Creative thinker with robust project-management and problem-solving abilities.
