We are seeking a
Technical Training & Program Specialist
to support one of our
top clients
in delivering high-quality technical learning experiences. This role requires a
blend of training delivery, content management, stakeholder engagement, and light program management skills.
The ideal candidate will have a robust presence in virtual training environments, technical aptitude, and the ability to manage and enhance training content.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery & Facilitation:
Deliver engaging virtual training sessions on tools such as
Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Copilot, and Andromeda
(client will provide Train-the-Trainer support).
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with business partners to assess training needs, discuss program requirements, and provide expert recommendations.
Content Management & Course Promotion:
Update training materials, edit recordings, and support knowledge-sharing through internal communication channels and social platforms.
Program Management Support:
Take meeting notes, track action items,



and support initiatives as a
Project Captain
for key programs.
SharePoint Development:
Design, create, and maintain SharePoint-based sites to support various stakeholders.
Virtual Training Management:
Deliver training via
Microsoft Teams
without dedicated producer support, ensuring seamless execution.
Technical training experience
with a strong presence and ability to engage virtual audiences professionally.
Comfort working independently
while managing multiple projects.
Strong organizational skills
to track next steps and follow through on action items.
Proficiency with Microsoft Teams & SharePoint
(experience designing SharePoint sites is a plus).
Located in India
with the ability to work
US business hours.
