What You'll Do
Take full ownership of new backend features and product enhancements from design to deployment.
Contribute to the architecture and development of backend APIs and core systems, including fund management components.
Uphold and enforce engineering best practices to ensure a robust, scalable, and maintainable codebase.
Guide and mentor junior engineers, conduct thorough code reviews, and support skill development within the team.
Collaborate with the product team to turn complex ideas into meaningful business solutions.
What We're Looking For
4+ years
of professional backend software development experience
Robust command of at least one contemporary programming language
Experience working with distributed systems (preferred)
A curious mindset with a passion for understanding system behavior
Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities, combined with a positive and proactive approach
