Key Roles Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary projects from initiation to completion.
Liaise with Government departments, clients, consultants, and other stakeholders for effective project execution.
Prepare project plans, work schedules, progress reports, presentations, and documentation.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and quality standards.
Facilitate meetings, prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoM), and track action points.
Ensure compliance with Government guidelines, contractual obligations, and project requirements.
Support preparation of DPRs, proposals, technical reports, and project submissions.
Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Review project performance and prepare periodic MIS and status reports.
Support procurement, consultant coordination, and contract management activities whenever required.

Qualifications





Postgraduate Degree in any one of the following:
Urban Planning / Regional Planning / Town Planning
Project Management / Business Management / Public Administration
Civil Engineering / Infrastructure Engineering / Transportation Engineering
Tourism Management / Tourism Planning
Or any other relevant postgraduate qualification from a recognized university.

Required Skills
Solid project planning and coordination skills.
Experience in handling Government-funded or public sector projects.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under strict timelines.
