We are seeking a seasoned
Technical Lead
to drive end-to-end technical execution within Agile PODs. This role involves mentoring engineers, ensuring high-quality delivery, and aligning architectural vision with practical implementation. The ideal candidate is hands-on, collaborative, and able to lead teams through complex technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, guide, and mentor engineering teams to ensure high performance and technical excellence.
Enforce coding standards, best practices, and robust development processes.
Drive Agile POD execution with robust ownership of tasks, sprint goals, and delivery timelines.
Collaborate closely with Architects and Product Owners to translate designs and business requirements into actionable technical tasks.
Oversee planning, development, testing, and deployment activities across the POD.




Coach junior engineers and support their growth through technical guidance and feedback.
Identify gaps in processes, propose improvements, and implement automation to streamline workflows.
Required Skills
6+ years of experience
in software development.
Robust expertise in
Angular
along with proficiency in
Java or Python
.
Solid understanding of databases including
MongoDB, SQL, and NoSQL systems
.
Hands-on experience with
AWS cloud services
.
Familiarity with
Agile methodologies
and POD-based delivery models.
Robust problem-solving abilities and excellent mentoring skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in
e-commerce
or
OOH ad-tech
environments.
Exposure to
CI/CD pipelines
and DevOps practices.
Proficiency with tools such as
Jira, Confluence
, and performance dashboards.
