You Do:
Understand Target Market and define product features considering competative landscape and innovation strategy.
Leading and growing a team of high-calibre distributed systems software engineers.
Contributing to engineering team-wide process improvements and automation.
Collaborating with other teams to get ahead of cross-team dependencies.
Take responsibility for the overall planning, execution and success of complex projects.
Contribute technically to projects, including task planning and code reviews.
You Have :
3+ years of hands-on technical leadership and product/people management experience
Experience in Product development from research,design, implementation up to delivery.
Experience building and managing large scale distributed systems
Understanding of Software Development process.
