Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical F & B Controller to join our team in Bengaluru, India. As the F & B Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our food and beverage department, ensuring optimal cost control and profitability.
Develop and manage budgets for the food and beverage department
Analyze financial data and prepare regular reports for management
Monitor and control food and beverage costs, including inventory management
Implement and maintain effective cost control measures
Collaborate with department heads to optimize financial performance
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
Oversee month-end closing procedures and financial reconciliations
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making
Train and mentor staff on financial procedures and cost control measures
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry
Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and regulations
Understanding of hospitality operations and cost structures
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
