We are looking for a Technical Functional SME to support the Medicaid module in Model N Flex. The role involves understanding and resolving disputes, validating rebates, and handling error lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support for Medicaid module in Model N Flex.
Work on rebate validations/calculations and issue resolution.
Liaise with business teams on Medicaid processing.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in Medicaid-related support.
Robust technical skills in SQL & Oracle PL/SQL.
Familiarity with Medicaid dispute resolution and duplicate handling.
Solid communication skills.
