Job Title: Senior Site Engineer

Location: Nashik, Maharashtra

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 7–10 years

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to oversee construction projects from planning to execution. The role involves managing site activities, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of construction projects
- Supervise site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor project timelines, budgets,



and resource utilization
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and vendors
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, and MIS
- Verify bills, BOQs, and contractor payments

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in residential/commercial real estate projects
- Knowledge of billing, costing, and contract management
- Familiarity with AutoCAD

- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Robust knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic project tools
