Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design, build and maintain product features across frontend and backend systems. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with ownership of end-to-end delivery — from technical design through implementation, testing and production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement features across web frontend and API/backend services.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following team conventions and review standards.
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews and architecture decisions.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs; ensure proper validation, error handling and documentation.
- Work with relational databases — schema design, queries, migrations and performance considerations.
- Collaborate with product, design and QA on requirements, estimates and release planning.
- Debug production issues, contribute to incident resolution and implement preventive fixes.
- Improve developer experience, tooling, testing coverage and deployment reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 5–8 years of professional software development experience in full-stack or backend-heavy roles.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and modern web development.




- Production experience with a React-based frontend framework (e.g. Next.js or similar).
- Production experience with a backend framework and runtime (e.g. Node.js, Bun, Express, Hono or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL or similar relational databases; experience with an ORM or query builder.
- Experience with Git, pull-request workflows and code review practices.
- Ability to write unit and integration tests; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience building marketplace, SaaS or multi-tenant web applications.
- Exposure to payment integrations, webhooks and transactional workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud deployment (e.g. Vercel, Railway, AWS) and environment management.
- Experience with background jobs, caching or message queues.
- Understanding of SEO-friendly web rendering, performance optimization and Core Web Vitals.
- Prior experience in a startup or small engineering team with broad ownership.
