We are looking for an energetic and self-driven Sales Representative to join our growing SaaS sales team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, enjoy interacting with customers, and be eager to build a career in the software industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Schedule product demonstrations for senior sales executives.
- Present and explain SaaS solutions to potential customers.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversions.
- Update CRM with daily sales activities and customer interactions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with the product and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Stay updated on product features and market trends.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in making outbound calls.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude is a plus.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with 6 months–2 years of sales, telecalling, B2B, B2C, or SaaS sales experience will be preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in inside sales, telesales, or lead generation.
- Exposure to SaaS, IT, or software sales.
- Good presentation and customer handling skills.
