Job Discription: To improve the productivity and to ensure Zero breakdown.Main job responsibilities are :
- To maintain Zero breakdown in Process, EHS and logistics department
- To ensure statutory regulations under various depts. like boiler, pressure vessels etc
- To control manpower utilization
- To be supportive for production and Process for achieving the target
- To be control Repair and maintenance Cost of process and utility section
- To adhere Valuable Engineering Practices
- To monitor all the mechanical installations in the plant including (DG, Boiler, Compressor, chiller & cooling tower
- To ensure the safety norms and to follow GMP
- To implement energy saving techniques at process and utility
- To assist the project coordinator for timely completion of projects
QUALIFICATIONS
ITI/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
KNOWLEDGE IN DEPTH
Operation and trouble shooting knowledge in Bottling equipments, High pressure compressors, LP compressors, chilling plant, Boilers, Generators, Domino printing machines, Tetra Pak, HVAC, blowing machines and UPS.
Knowledge of electrical is an added advantage
