Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Payable Executive to manage vendor payments, invoice processing, reconciliations, and compliance-related accounting activities. The role requires robust coordination with internal departments and vendors to ensure timely and accurate payment processing while maintaining proper financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Process vendor invoices and verify supporting documents such as PO, GRN, and approvals.
- Ensure timely booking of invoices in the accounting system.
- Prepare and process vendor payments through bank transfers, cheques, and other approved modes.
- Maintain vendor ledgers and perform periodic reconciliations.
- Follow up with vendors and internal departments for pending invoices and discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements related to payable transactions.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain proper records and documentation for audits.
- Prepare MIS reports related to payables, ageing, and outstanding liabilities.
- Coordinate with procurement, stores, and operations teams for invoice verification and payment clearance.





Revenue & Cost Control Responsibilities

- Ensure payments are processed as per agreed credit terms to optimize cash flow.
- Identify duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized invoices before payment.
- Support cost-control initiatives through accurate expense tracking and vendor reconciliation.
- Assist in maintaining healthy vendor relationships and avoiding penalty or interest charges due to delayed payments.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Accounts Payable processes.
- Understanding of GST & TDS.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP).
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.

Experience

3–6 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in hospitality, airport operations, retail, food & beverage, or multi-location organizations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
