Job Summary:

The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing daily accounting operations, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with tax and statutory requirements, and supporting the organization's financial planning and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain the general ledger and reconcile bank accounts.
- Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance.
- Prepare and file tax returns and ensure timely statutory payments.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process payroll and maintain salary records.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide financial analysis to management.
- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com, CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent is preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Positive knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Salary:

As per company standards and candidate experience

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
