Job Summary

The Echo Technician is responsible for performing high-quality echocardiography procedures to assist cardiologists in the diagnosis and management of cardiovascular diseases. The role requires technical expertise, patient care skills, and adherence to hospital quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform 2D Echocardiography, Color Doppler, M-Mode, and Doppler studies as prescribed.
- Prepare patients for echocardiography procedures by explaining the process and ensuring patient comfort.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot echocardiography equipment.
- Assist Cardiologists during advanced cardiac diagnostic procedures when required.
- Ensure accurate recording, labeling, and documentation of echo reports and patient details.




- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with hospital policies and ethical standards.
- Ensure proper infection control practices and cleanliness of equipment.
- Coordinate with nursing staff, consultants, and other departments for patient scheduling.
- Report any equipment malfunction to the Biomedical Engineering team.
- Maintain departmental records and support quality improvement initiative

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,558.61 per month
