- Machine Operation: Startup, operation, and shutdown of drying equipment, including mixing, blending, and feeding raw materials.
- Parameter Control: Monitor and adjust temperature, airflow, pressure, and conveyor speeds to ensure proper moisture removal.
- Quality Control: Sample products to ensure compliance with quality standards (moisture content, color, texture).
- Safety & Sanitation: Maintain strict hygiene standards (GMPs), perform cleaning, and adhere to safety protocols to prevent contamination.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- Documentation: Record data such as production volume, temperature logs, and, down-time, ensuring traceability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience: Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment,



specifically with drying technology (e.g., spray drying, ResearchGate rotary dryers).
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of machinery, process controls, and basic mechanics.
- Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) and GMP.
- Physical Stamina: Capability to lift, stand for long periods, and work in, warm, and noisy environments.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (ITI certification preferred).
