- To carryout preparation and production activities as per documented procedures.
- Responsible to identify production materials.
- Responsible for checking and adjusting composition heat wise in consultation with moulding supervisors.
- Responsible to follow charge mix
- Responsible for the quality of metal which is transferred to treatment.
- Responsible to coordinate with relevant departments.
- Responsible to identify non-conforming casting during the process and inform to appropriate personnel.
- Responsible to take the required bill of materials for production process.
- Responsible to check the lining condition of Furnace, Ladle and Tundish.
- Responsible to update the melting department list of records
- Responsible to ensure safety practices and usage of safety PPE for individuals
- Diploma Mechanical, Diploma Metrology, Diploma Foundry − Freshers,
- DME-Mechanical, Foundry or Metrology, − 4 - 6 Years Experience ( salary based on Experience) Valuable knowledge of casting in foundry
