Position: Playwright / Cypress Automation Engineer
Experience: 5.5 to 8 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in Playwright and Cypress frameworks. The candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end test automation, API testing, and CI/CD integration for web applications.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright and Cypress
Create and execute automated test scripts for web applications
Perform functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams




Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines
Analyze test results, debug issues, and provide detailed reports
Ensure quality standards and timely delivery of releases
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint activities
Required Skills
5.5 to 8 years of QA Automation experience
Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and Cypress
Valuable knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript
Experience in API testing using Postman or REST Assured
Strong understanding of automation frameworks and design patterns
Experience with Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools
Knowledge of Agile methodology and defect tracking tools like JIRA
Good communication and analytical skills
