We are looking for passionate trainers/teachers to deliver Communication Skills, Soft Skills, and Life Skills sessions in schools using a structured, activity-based curriculum.

The role focuses on creating engaging, fun, and meaningful learning experiences that build confidence, expression, and real-life skills in students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver sessions as per the provided curriculum.
- Conduct interactive activities, games, and discussions.
- Build student confidence, communication, and teamwork.
- Create a positive and engaging classroom workplace.

Training & Support:

- Comprehensive training will be provided.
- Continuous guidance and facilitation support.
- Open Positions:
- Primary Trainer (Classes 1–5):
- Energetic, patient, and creative.
- Strong connect with young children.
- Focus on learning through fun and play.
- High School Trainer (Classes 6–9):
- Confident communicator and facilitator.
- Able to engage adolescents in meaningful discussions.
- Focus on expression, thinking, and real-life skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
