About the Role We are XIPL, a fast-moving AI startup building Tuck, an enterprise-grade Virtual Try-On (VTON) platform for global digital fashion brands.
We are looking for a highly driven MBA or BBA graduate to join us as a Marketing & HR Intern. This isn't a standard corporate traineeship where you shadow middle management. You will execute real, global Go-To-Market (GTM) campaigns from day one, working directly with a successful ex-Amazon tech founder.
This internship is a launchpad. Prove your execution over the next 6 months, and you will earn a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) to step directly into a full-time marketing leadership role.
What You Will Do
- Content & Social: Drive our B2B brand narrative by managing and publishing content across LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.
- Organic SEO: Execute our inbound strategy through blog content, backlinks, and tech directory listings.
- Analytics & GTM: Track conversion metrics, manage campaign timelines,
and learn how a global SaaS product goes to market.
- Paid Media: Scale into managing paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) as you master the organic fundamentals.
Who You Are
- A recent MBA or BBA graduate.
- You have a deep interest in digital marketing (a specialized course or certification is a big plus).
- You are a sharp, crisp communicator who knows how to make a pitch land.
- You are highly organized and want to accelerate your career in a fast-paced startup setting.
