Job Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day bar operations and ensure smooth service
- Lead, train, and schedule bartenders and bar staff
- Develop beverage menus and ensure quality control
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and legal standards
- Handle guest interactions and resolve service-related issues
- Coordinate with management to improve sales and bar performance

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in bar operations or management
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar trends
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and guest-handling abilities
- Willingness to work in shifts
