We are hiring confident telecallers to promote a specialised medical-device clinical research book set to medical colleges, universities, libraries and healthcare institutions. Contact details will be provided in an Excel sheet; no lead generation is required.
Responsibilities:
- Make 60–80 outbound calls daily.
- Connect with librarians, HODs, professors, deans and purchase officers.
- Introduce the books using the provided script.
- Identify relevant decision-makers.
- Send catalogues through email or WhatsApp.
- Follow up with interested institutions.
- Update call results accurately in Excel/CRM.
- Transfer qualified prospects to the senior sales team.
Requirements:
- Good spoken Hindi and English.
- Confident and skilled communication.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, email and WhatsApp.
- Laptop/computer, smartphone, headset and stable internet.
- Telecalling/BPO/telesales experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
Selection: Telephonic interview, voice assessment, role-play and paid trial.
