Job Summary

The Mould Supervisor is responsible for overseeing mould maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and production activities to ensure efficient manufacturing operations. This role ensures moulds are maintained in optimal condition, production targets are met, quality standards are achieved, and safety procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily mould shop and moulding operations.
- Plan and coordinate mould changes according to the production schedule.
- Monitor mould performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of moulds is carried out on schedule.
- Troubleshoot mould-related issues to minimize machine downtime.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Verify that moulds meet quality specifications before production starts.
- Maintain records of mould maintenance, repairs, modifications, and tooling history.
- Monitor mould inventory,



spare parts, and tooling requirements.
- Train and guide mould technicians and operators on proper mould handling and maintenance practices.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety regulations, and housekeeping requirements (5S).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Assist in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for recurring mould issues.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
