We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Mentorship Coordinator to ensure the smooth execution of mentorship-related activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with students, managing communication channels, resolving non-academic queries, supporting test execution, and serving as a central point of coordination for mentorship operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with students.
- Create and manage WhatsApp communities for mentorship batches.
- Handle and resolve students non-academic queries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate the smooth conduct of mentorship tests and related activities.
- Act as a central coordinator between mentorship centres to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and mentorship-related data.
- Prepare and manage reports using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
- Utilize AI tools to improve operational efficiency and streamline routine tasks.
- Support additional mentorship-related administrative activities as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Basic understanding of the UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE) ecosystem.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar productivity tools.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a student-centric approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in coordination, operations, student support, or the EdTech sector will be an added advantage.
- Experience in handling large student communities and cross-functional coordination is preferred.
