Key Responsibilities & Requirements

- Handle company documentation, property records, legal filings, and statutory documents.
- Maintain and safeguard confidential personal and company documents with complete accuracy and discretion.
- Assist the Director in day-to-day operations, including scheduling meetings, managing appointments, coordinating payments, and providing executive support.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and perform data management using MS Excel.
- Manage company banking activities and authorized personal banking transactions of the Director.
- Execute online banking transactions, fund transfers, cheque processing, and coordinate with banks.
- Ensure proper filing, record maintenance, and document tracking for easy retrieval.




- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, consultants, and government authorities whenever required.
- Possess strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Candidates seeking long-term career growth and stability with the organization will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of accounting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
