Job Description:
We are hiring a Social Media Executive who is eager to learn, creative, and up-to-date with the latest social media trends. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in managing real brand accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage end-to-end operations across multiple social media platforms
- Develop and publish high-quality, brand-aligned content including captions, posts, reels, and stories
- Support the planning and execution of strategic content calendars to ensure consistency and relevance
- Actively monitor and manage audience engagement, including comments and direct messages, with a focus on brand reputation
- Identify and leverage emerging trends and viral formats to enhance reach and engagement
- Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure visually compelling and on-brand creatives
Requirements:
- 0–6 months experience (Internship also considered)
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms
- Good communication and writing skills
- Creative mindset and willingness to learn
- Familiarity with Canva or similar tools (preferred)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, BCA, or similar) completed or currently pursuing
- Candidates pursuing or completed MBA (Marketing) will be preferred
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing
- Good communication and writing skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
