The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and the ability to design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions while mentoring team members and ensuring high-quality delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing technical guidance and performing code reviews Design and develop robust Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements Hands-on development using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Build custom applications, workflows, and automation using Salesforce best practices Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and external systems Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and Governor limits Participate in sprint planning, estimation,
